Windows 10: Some one help I'm stuck!!!!! Bios boot

So just build new pc 7000 series. Psu 1050 watt dram vengeance pro rgb expo, ryzen 9 7900 with a vetroo water cooling, asus strix x670e everytime I change the frequency to ram to 6000 or enable the expo 1 or 2 profiles my comp will shut down restart and nothing will be on screen even though computer is running the whole computer turns on buy then I get a black screen and the boot light stays green and I also have a white light that stays on and they will stay on till I manually press power button to shut down and then it boots normally and everything works but then my saved profile on bios re

No Boot, Drives Not detected, Can't Load Win10 Pleses Help!

Until the BIOS sees your M.2, there's nothing you can do. It does not matter if the M.2 is unformatted/unallocated, the BIOS should see it.

1. Suggest that you take the M.2 out, clean all the contacts and re-seat it and hope this is the case.
2. If step one fails. Connect your 250GB SSD back in using one of the SATA port to see if the BIOS recognize it. If it doen't, then it might be something wrong with the MB, if it does then boot up the Windows Installation USB, run diskpart, shrink it at least 40GB then create a partition, Leave it unallocated then install Windows there.

Also try to re-seat all other components such as Memory, Video card etc...

Windows stuck in automatic repair; Can't access BIOS/ boot menu

I've changed the boot order through both BIOS and the boot manager, as my original post stated. Neither did anything, but both were functional in the past. Neither listed the windows boot manager, either. Previously, it would boot just as expected whenever
other media was set as the first option, so I'm pretty sure there are no issues there.

As my original post suggested, I've already tried out the steps you gave. I've gone through all the options listed in the boot menu, UEFI or not.

My BIOS and boot menu settings were at their defaults when all of this started, so that's been tried already, if those are what you're referring to.
