Windows 10: Some pc error occurred ??

Respected sir or mam, yesterday I wasn't able to update my hard drive but windows 11 was running smoothly.I updated my system from windows 10 to 11 2 days ago.Today as I opened my PC it's stuck on please wait , nor do it opens windows troubleshooter at this moment after pressing 3 times the power button as logo appeared I started it 4 th time but still is the same error.Windows 10 was also too much hanging.Windows 11 is also hanging too much in my PC .It's 2008 model pc .How do I repare it , please reply as soon as possible.....

when i rebuild bcd,run bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup,An error occurred

an ERROR IS The storage export operation has failed and the system cannot find the specified FILE because when laptop startup,screen display Not connected or unable to access the required device Error code 0Xc000000e but，i run bcdedit /export d:\bcdbackup,The screen shows that the operation was successful I run these commands step by step 1.bootrec /fixmbr 2.bootrec /fixboot 3.bootsect /nt60 sys 4.bootrec /fixboot 5.bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup 6.attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s 7.ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old 8.bootrec /rebuildbcd An error occurred in the fifth step i use diskpart and list volume Disk C is only 260M, Disk H is the system disk, Disk D is a removable disk so What command should I enter in the fifth step

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.
