Windows 10: Some Problem with visuals?

Recently did some optimizations in my system which seem to be causing a flash of my screen and the gamma goes very very high. If I am running microsoft edge an error of:The exception unkown software exception 0xe0000008 occured in the application at the location 0x00007FFE1BC9AB89 If I am running any game it crashes with some error related to memory not available or used up entirely. For reference the keys I used are here.The CPU priority things I cannot revert for some reason which I think is causing the issues, I already reverted the 8GB ram thingThis is what I used - https://drive.google.

microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86 won't install

To check follow the steps:

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists I would suggest you to contact the game manufacturer.
