Windows 10: Some problems about the desktop, video, music, documents folder to be fixed.

I currently have two folders for Desktop, Music, Videos, Pictures and Documents located in the D: drive and also the C: drive. But I only need the folders to be in the C: drive. So I am looking to see if there is any way that the folders in the D: drive could merge with the folders in the C: drive leaving one folder for each of the categories in C:\Users\DELL.

The relavent registry key is:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

While newly-created accouunt will have a single value for each of the user folders, when you redirect them a second value appears for Docuemtns, Picutres, Music, VIdeos, and Downloads. So you'll want to create hose values and give them the same path data
as their "twin".

I'm realizing that some folders like contacts, favorites, and search are missing.

Are those saved in a different location?

 

What exactly are are "My music", "My Pictures" and "My videos"
