Windows 10: Some problems after Laptop hang and force shut down

Hi, im facing some problems with my 2 years old laptop after a force shut down because it hang:


1. task manager wont open instantly crashed when open it

2. google lost all my accounts information, whenever i startup, i need to log in every account Facebook, Youtube, Gmail,, it also ask me if i want to restore the pages lost every time. it restored the pages that i opened b4 the force shut down.

3. windows memory diagnostics not working. I tried plenty of times but after the restart it just did not run the test and straight away startup.

Laptop hangs at "shutting down"

My laptop won't shut down. It hangs at "shutting down". I found this article and I thought it my be helpful :

However I don't understand this step :

"Locate the driver and expand the driver icon."

What driver should I be locating?

 

.NET hang on shut down Windows 10

Greetings everyone! I have a Lenovo T530 that received the Windows 10 update on launch day. Ever since the update, the system hangs on shut down 90% of the time due to .NET and I am forced to force close it. I went to try and update .NET but the latest
version is included with Windows 10. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
