Windows 10: Some Settings are hidden or managed by your organization/system admin

This happens in power & sleep settings and Diagnostics & feedback. I'm sure there are more places but I can't recall where all this happens. It used to happen with updates and with virus scans but I think all of the individual steps I took for those have worked. This seems to be a global issue in my system but I can't figure out why. The only thing I can figure is at one point a few weeks ago I ran across a tip to have windows login on its own so I don't have to always enter my pin/password. Could this be the culprit?

Thank you for the link. I was able to set my Diagnostics Data to Full by using gpedit.msc. But I still am not able to get rid of "Some settings are hidden or managed bu your organization."

Any advise?

I am trying to change my lock screen image, but nothing is selectable and there is a message that says "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization". I'm pretty sure I manage my organization so I don't know how to fix this. Help?

For reference, this is how the screenshot from Post #4 appears on a Creators Update 15063.332 system free from any "managed by your organization" registry/group policy tweaks. The wording is the same for Home and Pro, with or without a metered connection (I've checked all permutations).
