    Hi there
I got issue at customer where no-one can change the "set time automatically"feature to be disabled on Win 10 1511.If they change dates it jumps back by itself.Does anyone know how to disable this from happening if it says "Some settings are managed by your organisation "and greyed out

I need maybe the gpedit steps to do this or registry key to change. It never happened to Win 7 pc's in domain.I did try changing group policy in domain server but still the same

Turning the Enhanced feedback option on stopped the red message for me but it reappears as soon as I select the Basic feedback option. Why?

    Hi,

Yes, it is. Used it on a friend's machine and it works just fine.

I tried that fix and gpedit worked in the Home edition. Unfortunately, this caused sfc / scannow to run with errors which I don't like. I had to mount the AU ISO and run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:Full Path to install.wim file:1 option to enable sfc /scannow to run without errors.

    Hi,
That's quite likely due to a file version conflict.
Replacing gpedit.msc with a version corresponding to the W10 version of that machine should resolve this.

W10 Pro on my desktop has a copy of gpedit.msc and gpedit.dll in C:\Windows\System32 and copies in various WinSxS folders. Do I just copy over the gpedit.msc and gpedit.dll files in C:\Windows\System32 to my laptop runnig W10 Home or is it more complicated than that?

    Hi,
Just copy the files to every folder you find them on the Home machine.
If after that sfc /scannow is still complaining then you may have to copy them to the WinXs folders as well but I doubt it.

    Cheers, *Wink

You could try it with a script (no need to download .exe). Save this as a .bat file, run as administrator then reboot... Code: @echo off pushd "%~dp0" dir /b C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-GroupPolicy-ClientExtensions-Package~3*.mum >List.txt dir /b C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-GroupPolicy-ClientTools-Package~3*.mum >>List.txt for /f %%i in ('findstr /i . List.txt 2^>nul') do dism /online /norestart /add-package:"C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\%%i" pause[/quote] source
