Windows 10: Some steam problems

    Its not just memory but storage speed as well.

    Steam itself is on a 960 pro m.2 drive and the games are on a 850 evo. It usually takes a couple of seconds to load.

    Sorry if I state the obvious here -- I didn't read through this thread--, but have you tried to re-install Steam?
