Windows 10: Some thing went Wrong we couldn't save in Paint 3D

I have exactly the same problem as described in February 2019 on this community.

I went through all the steps as Arslan Iftikhar. In my case the problem is not solved yet.

1. Have you tried saving the files to a different directory?
   
2. Do you get any specific error code apart from “Something went wrong we couldn’t save in Paint 3D”?
   
3. Have you enabled Microsoft Print to PDF option?
   

Please provide some more details for us to have a better understanding of the issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Some thing went Wrong we couldn't save in Paint 3D

1-I have tried all of the above steps but nothing is working I think we are looking on the wrong side may be apps have not permission to write files but the Problem is on saving the image.

2-I am not getting any error Code

3-Yes Microsoft Print to PDf is enabled

4- At last the method you told me to add the Printer is a little bit different for me I am not getting the Option The printer that I want isn’t listed.

 

Paint 3D and save as video option

You may try the steps listed below and check if it works:

Run App troubleshooter

• Refer to
  fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.
  

Reset Paint 3D app:

• Open ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Update and Security’.
  
• Click on ‘Apps’ and choose ‘Apps and features’.
  
• Locate the ‘Paint 3D’ app and click on it.
  
• Select ‘Advanced options’ and choose ‘Reset’.
  
• Wait for the reset to complete.
  
• Close settings, launch ‘Paint 3D’ and try saving now.
