Windows 10: Some things that I have downloaded do not show up on windows 10 search/Cortana search

Some things that I have downloaded do not show up on windows 10 search/Cortana search for example: Spotify and eclipse.

I can see them in the start menu but if I search for them they do not pop up. but some others do for example: steam and epic games launcher

Cortana search filter list

I have a lot of space for display content in Cortana search list, and 80% of it not used because Cortana sorting items by types.
How disable all filters and make visible all suggested content?
