some time in my laptop right click was not working after pressing the f5 it was working give me the solution

Pressing F5 doesn't refresh the screen, I need to press both F5 and Fn for it to work.

I got a new keyboard (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y3ZS47V?tag=rtings-zz-kb-20&ie=UTF8) and it works great although F5 doesn't seem to work unless I press Fn at the same time. Is there a way to bypass this or am I stuck with this forever?

I have tried to find the model of this keyboard but the only think I found was the amazon page.

I'm using windows 10.

Thanks again for taking the time to offer these suggestions. I'll try options 5 and 6 and let you know how it goes. I appreciate your patience. - - - Updated - - - When I restart computer, pressing F5 or F6 does nothing but take me to the screen to enter the required startup Bitlocker password. From there, the computer boots to my Windows logon screen. No amount of pressing F5 or F6 does anything. FWIW, I can access my windows files from my Linux installation. (Have to enter my Bitlocker pw.) Not sure how that would help, but just an FYI. So, next step is a clean Windows install. I'll try that as soon as I can and post a followup here.
