Windows 10: some type of rootkit infected my pc.. i need help...

hackers installed malicous rootkit but antivirus cant find it. i fresh install it but they infect it everytime. i ran screenwings softwares few days ago but after some time it shows another instance is running and it restarts. windows also updating without my action. how can i remove it or deactivate it without reset?

That file is an anti rootkit scanner by Avast. And I'm not sure whether it works on Win 10.

If you have an Avast anti-rootkit scanner and you’re running another rootkit scanner (such as GMER) then the two programs are possibly causing software conflicts.

Running too many AV programs concurrently is not always a good idea.

Rootkit infection

i had a rootkit infection in my computer so reinstalled my windows 10 fresh.After reinstalling i am facing the similar problem .

When i run gmer scanner my pc crashes and the blue screen pop with this error:

stop codeRIVER IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

what failed:aswMBR.sys

 

am I infected with a rootkit

How do I know if my computer is infected with a rootkit, and if it is will it affect other items in my network, ie phones tablets other computers.

Also I understand that that if I am infected then windows defender offline will detect and remove, however ive heard that removing said rootkit can actually end up disabling the computer.

Any help greatly appreciated
