Windows 10: Some users account frequently locked out

Hai,Any one has faced below issues1, In AD server some user accounts are getting locked out frequently 2, Audit failure showing already deleted users and disabled users log file3, all audit report showing failure from exchange to DCWe have hybrid environment When we shutdown our OnPrem Exchange servers there is no issuee mentioned above and mailflow ok in cloud exchangeAfter start OnPrem exchange servers again same issue

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Locked out of Win 10 account

Steve, All you need is a Windows 10 installation USB in order to use the procedure given in post #2. If you do not have one of them then you will need to take your computer to somebody who does. The procedure does not entail any use of the MSAccount reset / old mobile number / email reset. Denis

 

I can't rename my user account

  Are you using a Microsoft account or local account?
  

If you are using local account, I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the user name.

Please follow the steps to rename the user account in Windows 10.

a. In the search box, type user accounts and click on User Accounts.

b. Click on “Change your account name”

c. If it’s prompting for password please enter and click on Yes. If you do not have password click on Yes.

d. Enter the new user name.

e. Click on change name.
