Windows 10: some websites and games not working properly after recent update

A few days ago I installed an update, and since then I've been having problems with my computer. For example, my Pinterest cannot load at all and is always blank. I tried checking if it would work other browsers, but it still didn't. It works perfectly fine on mobile, so it's not a problem with the program itself. I tried all the solutions I found, but none of them worked. Today it loaded for a bit, but in order for it to work I needed to restart my browser every few seconds. I also found out that this update affects Roblox, because when I wanted to join my friend, it never loaded either. The

Steam games recent list does not update

The recently used program list for the Steam computer game client never updates. It says recent but it misses actual recent games that I've played and lists games that I haven't touched for months or years. How can I investigate the reason for this list not updating? It works just fine for other programs on the Start Menu. I tried searching for information but the word "update" in the search string returns results about Steam and Windows updates and not about the recent list updating.
