Windows 10: Some websites load as a white screen on single device across multiple browsers

Several websites will not load beyond a white screen. There is no error message. I typically use Chrome but this issue is consistent across Edge and Firefox as well for the same websites. I have tried resetting network settings, restarting my router, disabling Norton, Admin DNS flush. Nothing has worked for more than a few minutes before the websites return to a blank state. This is only proving to be an issue on my desktop PC as I can still access with an alternate laptop.

Websites in all browsers are too white

I'm currently having some problems where some things in my web-browsers are too white. E.g. the highlight color when hovering with mouse over search suggestions in Google is all white. Same also goes for text fields on webpages. On one of the screenshots the numbers are actually text boxes, which you can usually easily recognize, but here it's all just white.







This goes for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer
I have been using Windows 10 ever since release, but have never seen this problem before.
I'm using a freshly installed Microsoft Surface with Windows 10 (first time I'm using Surface, but I believe this is not the reason I have the problem)

I have tried to play around with all options in the Personalize window, but nothing seems to make any difference. Google is not helpful either as I can't come up with the right words to search for.
Anybody here who can guide me in the right direction?

Same problem is also on Google Maps, where I can't see the difference between a street and almost everything else





What is interesting is that when activating the Screen Snip tool, everything becomes visible

Google Chrome White Screen While Loaded This Website Called "cs.rin.ru"

Google Chrome Will Rarely Go Onto The Site Without a White Screen When Loaded After I log on their website its stops working completely and it just a white screen,Same goes with internet explorer with or without add on's.

The Only Major change i have done is upgrade my insider from 14374-3 To 14376.

Some websites like primevideo have not been loading either on edge or chrome. Anyone have any clue why that might be happening?
