Windows 10: Some weird software that came with my laptop

Yeah so there's this software that apparently keeps my laptop calm. That's what I think it does at least, when Avast removed it my laptop just slowed down and overheated. I kinda wanna know what it is exactly though. The file itself came preinstalled, even when I reninstalled windows. Its only detected as a virus by Avast and McAfee. Error resetting laptop that came with Windows 10

With regard to your issue with Windows 10, we suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below and see if it helps.

Download the Media Creation tool for Windows 10.

Click on this
link to download Windows 10 media creation tool and follow the instructions from the link.

After creating a boot-able media, follow the steps below:

• Boot the PC to the USB recovery drive.
• Select Troubleshoot > Recover from a drive.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to recover the PC.

Please note that this will remove all your personal files, any apps or drivers you install, and any changes you made to settings and will restore the PC to factory-like state.
