    Some Windows 10 systems appearing in wrong language?


    My OS was reinstalled in Spanish. I've changed every setting under languages etc back to English but some system prompts, e.g. Welcome screen, still appear in Spanish. I've checked previous posts about this problem, and they don't help.

    Foreign language appears in some places: I don't think the title is correctly put but the screenshot I posted would hopefully explain what i really mean.
