Windows 10: Some Windows functions arent working

I recently reset my PC after everything was finished the windows icon stopped working, settings stopped working and also other functions what can be done to bring all these apps back.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Some letters of the keyboard arent functioning

I would appreciate if you could answer a few questions to narrow down the issue.

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Which keys are not functioning properly?
• Did you the same from a different keyboard?
• Did you choose multiple language inputs?

I suggest you to follow the methods given below and check if it helps.

Method 1:

Please follow the steps to check whether the computer is set to multiple language inputs.

• Go to Control Panel.
• Click on Clock, Language and region.
• Click on language and check whether the computer has multiple languages.

Method 2: Run the Hardware and Devices
troubleshooter.

Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Method 3: Uninstall and reinstall driver.

• Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
• In the list of devices, you should see the keyboard drivers.
• Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
• In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
• In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes”
  option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
