Windows 10: Some windows services are changing depending if it is a boot or a reboot. msconfig stuck...

Hello,i would like some help to understand why msconfig is always stuck in selective startup and why some windows 10 services are changing depending if it is a boot or a reboot.... i m clueless at what else to do, I d better stop using computers....Kind regards,Arno

Boot problem - Stuck in Selective Startup

Please help me, I'm desperate! I followed some steps and it seems I reuined my normal booting. I did this steps: -I entered the run windows -> MSCONFIG -left click on the BOOT tab -unchecked the box next to "safe mode" --left click on GENERAL tab -from the
features I got there I went to SELECTIVE STARTUP -unchecked the features to clear the selections -left click on the SERVICES - disable all -left click on STARTUP tab and disabled each item in the list -reboot the windows

AND I GOT STUCK... it doesn't boot normally, it appears only the background image and some features below like: languages, connections. PLEASE help me to go back to normal boot... if a still can

I only can enter the Bios Mode... with F8

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

 

Unable to turn on the service with error: "The dependency service or group failed to start" on Windows 10

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to check with the dependency services of “Remote Access Connection Manager” and make sure that all the dependency services are started.

• 
  Click Start, type
  Services.msc in the Start Search box.
  
• 
  Scroll down the list of services, right-click
  Remote Access Connection Manager, click on Properties.
  
• 
  Click the Dependencies tab.
  
• 
  Make a note of the dependency services of Remote Access Connection Manager and make sure that these services are started and the startup type is set to
  Automatic.
  

To start a service, right-click the particular service and select Start
or Restart.

To set the startup type of a particular service,

• Right-click the service and select Properties.
• Under General tab, make sure the Startup type
  is set to Automatic.

Method 2: Perform a Winsock Reset

• Open the Windows Start Screen or
  Start Menu and type cmd in the search box.
• Right-click Command Prompt or
  cmd in the search results and select Run as Administrator.
• Type netsh winsock reset in the Command Prompt window and press
  Enter. Wait for Windows to finish resetting your Winsock configuration.
• Reboot your computer.
