Windows 10: Somebody sent me a screenshot of my desktop and is trying to blackmail me and I M not sure...

So I am in Romania for a vacation until this dude sends me an email about a screenshot of my desktop going back to 19 June 2024And he sent me a file with some instructions. And sent me my passwords which were the old ones already changed a month back

hacker is trying to blackmail me.

Change the Password for the email Account.

We have no idea what email program you are using.

Or go to the Police, as you say they are trying to blackmail you.

 

Blackmail by hacker

Hacker has my password to get into my computer and is trying to extort/blackmail me. How do I change it my password for my computer?

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.
