Windows 10: Somehow getting very high ping for no reason while gaming.

I'm using Wi-Fi, and besides that this happens like once every 10 minutes or so. I've tried everything, any advise?

Windows 10 High Ping on Games

Is it before the CSGO update or after. Lots of people are reporting this issue after the update. They are saying that the new update has messed up the routing or something. I would suggest to try connection optimizer like Kill Ping. It will bypass all the
nodes in between and directly connect you to game server.

But first do these steps given in the guide for CSGO

Games for HIGH ping?

I've got a few friends that I want to play games with, but we are quite far away from each other so we have a 300ms ping.
So, are there any small games (preferably free) in which high ping will not lower the gaming experience?
