    Someone did doss and hacking my pc, taking the administrator!


    I found a file "windowapps" and it doesn't come from me. it came from hacker, and I could not delete it because it is under his administrator or something. I found user accounts and there are two administrator and me. he has full access all. I could not delete or change the options.Please help!
