Windows 10: Someone got into my account and ordered 4 $25.00 gift cards to my account

They ordered stuff with my card and I want a refund

When using Microsoft Gift Card through your wallet, I see there is a Microsoft 25-digit character and PIN number displayed. Is that PIN number associated with my account or is that number been assigned through past transactional orders? Because truthfully,
I see no assigned account numbers associated with my Microsoft Wallet gift card. But my account is displayed in my wallet. My question is, how do I retrieve a Microsoft Account Gift card number?

Windows Store Gift Card - Redeemed but is not reflecting in my account

I did $10 previously it shows, but then my $25 (2) ones do not. I wanted to buy pro version of an app, but it doesn't show in balance the newer additions of balance in windows store, but all 3 does show in order/list as redeemed etc.

I have logged out and in and still this issue.

Whats worse is there is literally no support from Microsoft (like chat etc.)

I'm in the US.

Please reflect urgently .

Thanks for your response.

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?
