Windows 10: Someone help me fix this issue/bug plz.

Hey there people,Recently I have came across a weird bug or might be an OS issue of which I haven't found any solution.I have contacted the support team and final answer from them was that this issue has nothing to do with windows OS but the BIOS, which i think is not correct.So i hope someone would help me out of this.The story is, I had dual booted my Laptop with Kali Linux few months back by using a bootable drive and naming it "Kali" since then when i was done with dual booting i had reinstalled my windows multiple times within the span of month using another bootable drive and downloading

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.

  Is this issue occurs only when playing games or with all the other applications?
  

This issue may occur due to presence of unused files in Windows or due to software conflicts.

I would suggest you to run system maintenance troubleshooter
and check if it helps.

Method 1:

Please follow these steps:

a. Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar and click on it in results.

b. Click "View all" and then click "System Maintenance".

c. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.

If still this issue persists follow the below method

Method 2:

I suggest you follow the below steps and check if helps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Expand Display Driver from the list.
  
• Right click on the Graphic driver and select
  update driver software.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to go to the manufacturer’s website of your graphic card and check for any updated drivers available there. If so, try to install them and check if it fix the issue.

If no updated drivers available then try installing the available drivers in compatibility mode.

Refer the steps:

• 
  Download the Drive from the manufacture’s website, Right click on the setup file and select Properties.
  
• Click the compatibility tab, tick the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows.
