Windows 10: Someone help me idk what is goin on with my laptop

I don't konw why my laptop has gotten slow I am playing games it is giving was less fps to what it used to give i usuall play valorant i used to get 70-80 fps no lag no fps drops stable But now my fps drops to like 30-40 sometimes even below 25 i even upgraded my ram to 16gb dual channel i thought that was the problem My laptop spec -- i3 1125G4 @2.00Ghz 16 gb ram win 11 23h2 intel uhd graphic Tried changing my graphics driver to new and old but nothing seems to help ran multiple antivirus to check virus like malware bytes hitman pro and others but nothing is helping finally i am here idk w

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.
