Windows 10: Someone help me take off school administration

When I was tryna take off administration off my dell laptop I hold shift and restart I then press troubleshoot your normally going to see reset this pc and advanced options but for me the only two options I have are uefi firmware settings and startup settings how do I get the first two options on my screen ??!!?

If that laptop contained a volume licence linked to the school, your sister may not be able to activate Windows, she will need to purchase a Windows licence.

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Open the Settings app, then go to Accounts - Your Info.

On that page, is your sisters personal Microsoft account listed or is it a school account?

On that settings page, is there an option to switch to a local account or an option to stop automatically signing into apps with the account?

On the left, select Emails and Accounts, is there is the school Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is there is the school Email listed there?

 

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
