    Someone is trying to change my security info


    Whenever I login, I get a message to the effect that someone has requested that my email and phone number be changed, and I donk recognize either the number or the email address.

    I am offered a click location if it wasn't me that requested this change. But when I click that, it wants to validate me by sending an email to an email address i dont know, or send me a sms message, but the number which does look like mine for sending the sms to is a landline. So how can I regain control of my account before mid April when my security changes will take effect and then I won't be able to logon anymore? HELP!!!
