Windows 10: Someone just hacked my account and remove my email address to @rumbler.ru

Today when i was trying to get appps on microsoft store it prompt me a login window popup saying that there is no microsoft account with my email address. So i quadriple check it to make sure that im not doin anything wrong like typing error or misspelled character it still saying that there is no microsoft account with my email address and i try to sign in using my browser and use hello to sign in automaticly using my pin on my computer and it prompt me to enter password webpage but the email now change from gmail.com to rambler.ru and i dont know that email. I'm 100% sure i turned on my 2 st

Unauthorized Emails from my account?

It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.

 

Microsoft account email was changed to ru******@rambler.ru

I just factory reset my computer to find that my Microsoft account under "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" doesn't exist. I found the Xbox Gamertag associated with the account (wille1909) by looking through my old account's friends list. Apparently "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" is now a secondary email to an account with the username set to ru******@rambler.ru, an email address I've never seen in my life. I'd like to get my account back as fast as possible as this account is extremely valuable to me, so any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Account Hacked

My account was hacked, and the email associated with the account was changed. All I can see is that the new email address is mf***** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Because I don't know the full email I am unable to use the recovery form to recover the account.

Any suggestions?
