Windows 10: Someone knows why my alimentation mods changes themselves ????

Hi guys i want to know why my alimentation mods changes themselves to go on energy saving. Thats strange plus it create some lags when im playing and thats really ANNOYING ! Is it possible to do the modding from the article here step by step with this card and have it work?
It's not sapphire and it isn't named gto2.
