Windows 10: Someone please help me fix my keyboard

i needed a usb keyboard for my laptop,so i got a usb mechanical ziyoulang gaming keyboard.i plugged it into my laptop and it worked perfectly fine for about 5 seconds or so then it stopped working. I tested it on another laptop, and it worked perfectly fine and didnt stop working.i went back on my own laptop and tried it on different ports, and also tried it with other usb cables but it still didnt work.The one thing that bugs me is that the RGB still goes flashing, until it stops and then the RGB freezes in one fixed position.I tried going on device manager until i noticed that the keyboard s

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.
