Someone pls help when i try to play gta games it says at least it requires DirectX 9 but my DirectX is 12 which my hardware doesnt support hot to change DirectX version to which my hardware supports.

Games requiring Directx 9

I bought a game from the local gaming store recently (GTA SAN ANDREAS) however the DirectX that comes on the disk is saying it cannot be installed because i have a better version however the game REQUIRES directx 9 so how do i play what i payed for or should
i directly request a refund from Microsoft for FORCING a windows 10 install on my device after i recently purchased Windows 7 Operating System?

Directx 8.1/9 games not working on Windows 10

Hello community i have a question. As i have mentioned it above on the subject my directx 8.1/9 games wont work on my computer. For example i wanted to play GTA San andreas. After i launched it it said 'Grand theft auto SA requires at least Directx version
9.0'. Mycomputer is a Gaming laptop which is dell. I searched and searched in the internet for hours and hours then i found a solution that u should download 'directx june 2010'. Then i downloaded it. I simply just downloaded the files in my documents and
clicjed directx setup. Then after it finished i launched it. It kept bring that message. Ive tried in many games like Gta III and Gta vice city.

Error: DirectX 9 video card required

One of my game requires directX 9 but I'm running on windows 10 which have directx12. But I am not able to open the game. Whenever I do, I'm getting the error message saying directx 9 video card required. Can anyone please help me?
