Windows 10: Someone trying to hack me, passwordless acount hasn’t helped, what can I do??

Someone in another country keeps trying to access my account. It’s all day everyday about 3 times every 2 hours. I have the authenticator app and have removed my password, but somehow it’s still happening! Every second day it’s telling me to reset my password because I’ve tried to sign in with the wrong password two many times even though I have a password less account, which means I then have to create a new password just to remove it again! What do I do? I’m so sick of it.
