Windows 10: "something happened and your PIN isn't available", but I moved my M.2 SSD with Windows 10...

So I "built a new pc" by moving some parts and adding a few other parts. Now that it's booted up and running, the first error I get is "something happened and your PIN isn't available". Except there are no other options. When I click "set up my PIN", it brings me right back to the Lock Screen. And it loops forever. According to this Microsoft page, I'll need to reinstall Windows or something along those lines. But that seems to assume that the drive with Windows is still in my old device it's not. And also I can't realistically put my drive back in the old device. So, what now?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Problem login in with windows 10 PIN

My computer went with no battery and turned off.

After that I couldn´t login any more.

It says "Somtehing happened and your PIN isn´t available. Click to set up PIN again"

Below that there a Set up my PIN but it is doing nothing when I click on it.

There is no way I can acces to the safe mode either.

I´m using a dell laptop Inspiron 13. 7000 series. Windows 10.

If someone has an answer to that would be very helpful.
