    (Windows 10, Local account with admin rights)

    • When I was signed-in, I changed the PIN successfully
    • As I locked my screen, I tried to sign-in again through thumb, but windows says: "Your PIN is required to sign-in"
    • I changed my sign-in options to PIN, but its not allowing me to enter PIN, rather it showing me "Your PIN isn't available, Click to set up your PIN again. Set up my PIN(link)"
    • When I click on "Set up my PIN(link), nothing happens.
    • This is my admin account. I know my PIN, have thumb print available, but don't know the password.
    • I have guest account from where I can login, but I cannot login from admin account.
    Please see attached image files and let me know how can I can solve this issue?

    "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again". When I click on "setup PIN" it does nothing.

    WIN 11 upgraded last night from WIN 10 by itself and now I can't get in to the PC. I only have one profile on the PC and I have tried a system fix in advanced options.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?? Please help

    I have a old PC updated to W10. I decided to use the PIN code, but now I get the message "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again."

    When I click 'Set up my PIN' nothing, the same message reappears.

    I looked up the issue on the internet and found that I should login using another sign-in option. However, there is no way to get to another option. The text above is all I see on the screen.
