Windows 10: Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again

As the title i wrote, i got that situation when i chose diagnostic startup and then restarted my laptop, when it turned on again and i got stucked in lock screen with those letters, i’ve tried many tricks i found i here that appeared a long time ago but didn’t work so right now i really need help from you guys because i don’t want to reset my PC and then losing all of my data i tried the trick to plug a bootable usb in an article in 2021 but didn’t work T-T

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

Since you have a Microsoft account, you should see this instead
Microsoft account sign-in options




If this doesn't work, there are other procedures available to consider.
--- Some of them include registry changes.
--- Are you familiar with working in the registry?

BTW, have you saved your data along with a system image backup ready?

"Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again". When I click on "setup PIN" it does nothing.

WIN 11 upgraded last night from WIN 10 by itself and now I can't get in to the PC. I only have one profile on the PC and I have tried a system fix in advanced options.

Does anyone have any suggestions?? Please help
