Windows 10: Something happened and your pin isnt available. Click to set up your pin again.

Basically my brother in law overclocked my pc and this is a result. i press it and it loads a place for my password. put it in. And it wants a code to my recovery email. I put it in. no code? i try other things to see. this is the right email. Why no code? how can i fix.

Pin isnt available to boot computer

Blue screen code bugcode n dis driver, windows update will not respond, pin isnt available, wont reset pin.

 

My pin isnt available.

Everytime I try to log into my computer after an update, it sometimes shows, "Something happened and your pin isnt availaible. Click to set up your pin again" And I click on it but it doesnt work. I also try my password but I forgot it. I restarted my computer and shut it down many times but it shows the same thing again. Please help.
