When trying to sign in to my MS account on only one of my 4 computers I get the message "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to setup your PIN again." When I click "Set up my PIN" Microsoft account Sign in only option is "We'll send a code to fl......*** Email address is removed for privacy *** to sign you in ". This is an old email address that I no longer have access to any more. My new email is linked to MS account and I can login to my other 3 computers OK. My computer with the problem is an HP ENVY desktop that had been working fine up until this morning. The computer is only about 6 months old. Con

Since you have a Microsoft account, you should see this instead
Microsoft account sign-in options




If this doesn't work, there are other procedures available to consider.
--- Some of them include registry changes.
--- Are you familiar with working in the registry?

"Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again". When I click on "setup PIN" it does nothing.

WIN 11 upgraded last night from WIN 10 by itself and now I can't get in to the PC. I only have one profile on the PC and I have tried a system fix in advanced options.

Does anyone have any suggestions?? Please help
