Windows 10: Something happened and your PIN is'nt available. Click to st your PIN again.

The system detected an overrun of a stack -based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application.After I click "Set up my PIN", A "Search for app in the Store?" Show-up. Then a selection of "yes" or "no" to be selected.No matter what I selected, it comes back to the "Something happened........"screen.It always looping back.What should I do to get it back to normal?Thanks

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

"Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again". When I click on "setup PIN" it does nothing.

WIN 11 upgraded last night from WIN 10 by itself and now I can't get in to the PC. I only have one profile on the PC and I have tried a system fix in advanced options.

Does anyone have any suggestions?? Please help

To resolve this issue with your PIN, follow these step:

• Restart your computer first, then after that, open File Explorer and browse to this location:

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC

• Delete everything within that folder.
• Go to Settings-> Accounts->Sign-in Options.
  
• Click Add a PIN again and set your PIN.
  
• PIN sign in should work going forward.
