Windows 10: Something happened and your PIN isn't available win10

Hello, so this all started because I adjusted my RAM from a tutorial to stop prompting me that I was out of RAM to play Diablo 4. Hit restart and then this happen....So now I get the screen: Something happened to your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again I click set up my pinGet pop-up: you need to install an app for this task. Would you like to search for one in the store? Yes or no. I click yes nothing happens.Already tried reset to repair method with troubleshoot, advanced options, startup repair 3-4 times then continue and got nothing after. So unsure what I should do now.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work
