Windows 10: Something happened and your PIN isn't available Windows 10 error

Hello all, I have a Windows 10 pc currently not allowing me to sign into the administrative account. I have two accounts. One local and the other connected to my Microsoft account. The local one I can sign on to there is no wifi. Weirdly when I signed it started Windows security and removed some viruses but I can't view what or why since I must use my administrative password but that just gives the error code: 0x8007139f. When I try logging in on the main page I get this message Something happened and your PIN isn't available Windows 10 error.This all started because I changed to diagnostic st

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

If this doesn't work, there are other procedures available to consider.
