    I am having a great deal of trouble reaching an actual microsoft agent to help me unlock my pc. Heres my problem: When i try to log onto my other computer ASUS Proart Studiobook i can´t log on and get the following message "Something happened and your PIN isn´t abailable. Click to set up your PIN again". I do have the option "Sign-in options" where i am required to log into my microsoft account, but when i do that i am required to verify my identity through another very old e-mail of mine which is currently blocked - this is preventing me from opening my pc.
