Windows 10: Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again.

My laptop screen is black. I connected it to a second display, but it still not booting completely, it can just reach the recovery option screen. I can't choose any option due to bitlocker which got enabled automatically. The bitlocker page is not showing a thing except an error message, I tried logging in on many other devices and still same problem.

@cliff-s, many thanks for your help. I have try above step, still no luck.
I am able to install app that owned by me but for new apps still got Something happened at our end. Waiting a bit might help

I think am gonna reinstall my windows *Think

Try the repair install, second link in post #12 first.

 

Color bit depth is at 6-bit on Display properties of Windows 10 pro

Try the below suggested steps and check if the suggested options are available to change the Color bit Depth value

1. Right click on the desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Expand the Display, and then highlight the Change resolution.
3. On the right side, check if there is 8 bpc listed under
   Output color depth.
4. You may select 8 bpc and restart the device to witness the changes.
