Windows 10: Something happens and your pin is not avaible

I’m writing this post to express my disappointment in Microsoft. Few years ago I had the exact same problem with another distribution of windows 11. So everything started when I tried to install office but canceled the installer before hitting install but somehow some leftover processes where left behind and active in task manager, even even after restart, even when trying to end the task the process was still active so I decide to go to msconfig and select safe mode at the boot options so I can boot into safe mode, just to get into this loop where I can’t boot normally and I can’t get inside

What happened to the Pin icon in the Windows Money app?

Please try these below mention steps

To pin an app back to your Start screen, kindly follow these steps:

Go to your App list.

Look for the app.

Tap and hold the app, and tap "Pin to

start".

Go back to your Start Screen, swipe at the bottom part and you will see there the icon of the apps that you just pinned.

if it didn't help then follow these:

Step 1: I suggest you to perform the below steps to add the apps on desktop.

Click on the “Start button” and locate the App that you want to pin to Desktop.

Right click on the “App” and click on “More options”.

Then click on “Open File location” and right click on the app, click on “Send to” option.

Then select “Desktop (Create shortcut)”.

Go to “Desktop” and check whether the app is located or not.

Or Step 2: To add shortcuts to the desktop

Press and hold or right-click the desktop, tap or click New, and then tap or click Shortcut.

Enter the location of the item or tap or click Browse to find the item in File Explorer.

 

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

Thanks for your answer.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
