Windows 10: something invisible is filling up my c disk

my C disk is 165 GB and now only 60 MB remains, nothing takes up so much space i can't find the cause, i can't use treesize or any third party app since this is a old windows 7 laptop, trust me nothing works it always says error and no matter what i do it won't be fixed, i selected all folders and checked property and it said it was all 35 GB i can't find out what else is taking up over 100 GB, it's so annoying and i can't do anything else since my parents won't buy me another working one until like 3 years so i really can't do school work properly i do have another laptop my sisters but i a

Hard drive filled with invisible files.

My C:\ drive, which holds the Windows 10 OS, programs data/files and a little bit of user data, shows that I have used roughly 600gb of space (first image below) on a 1TB SSD. When I use WinDirStat to see what's on that drive, it shows that I have about 120gb of data on it (second image). Could someone kindly suggest what could be taking up 480gb of space—and why it is invisible to WinDirStat. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Disk C Fills Up

When I use disk cleanup and delete some files, disk C fills up space even I empty the recycle bin still fills up space.

 

Local Disk C filled up and red while not being filled actually.

I had plenty of space in my Local Disk C folder, all of sudden the "apps and features" started showing 161GBs filled up space while it clearly is hardly 20GBs. It keeps filling up no matter how much I delete. Please suggest a solution.

I tried emptying all temporary files etc. But it keeps showing it as red.
