  1. Something is taking up 3+ gigs of my RAM and I can't see it in task manager

Title. I've disabled Superfetch, checked if my computer was processing my RAM properly through my BIOS, checked my drivers, everything I can do. I've ended up solving my disk issue I was having, but now I'm stuck on this. What the everliving HELL is taking up all my memory and how can I stop it? I'll post any requested screenshots. Thank you in advance.

    1* - You have 2 RAM of 4GB

2* - Task Manager shows you have 8GB

    3* - 3.8GB(in use) + 3.8GB(cached) + 0.624MB(Hardware Reserved) + 0.230MB(Pool) = 8GB(approx. more)

    Note:

    • 1GB = 1024MB
    • It seems you have more than 8GB RAM
    • You might be using any RAM Boost Software

  3. incorrect task manager RAM reporting

    Hi all,

I don't know if you have been seeing this as well, but there seems to be either a bug or reporting error where Task Manager reports that a process is using a stupid amount of RAM (in my case, Chrome.exe reports using 2 or more gigs of RAM). When I go to end
the process, it says that the operation couldn't be done because the process isn't valid. After, when I try to organize Task Manager by RAM usage, task manager hangs. Has this happened to anyone else?
