    Something is trying to hack into my microsoft account. How do I remove it?


    Something is trying to get the password to my microsoft account. It uses internet explorer, but the location says its near where I live so I assume it's a bot or something trying to get in before sending the information elsewhere. Right before this I did get RATed in minecraft, so I'm not sure how they got something to do this if they downloaded something onto my computer, or they're just trying to hack into my account in some other way. If they're using malware, is there a way I could remove it or disable it in any way?

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck.

    Any other suggestions.
