Windows 10: Something Is Wrong - Need Help Identifying The Problem

I feel like something weird is going on with my computer network or fingerprint or something.1st Thing Idk how to fix or what problems it can cause2nd Thing Idk how to fix or what problems it can causeConnecting using a Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller. No Driver updates. When I look at properties, I see different things both Enabled and Disabled, but not sure what they independently do or control. Network Profile is on 'Private'.Here is what my computer is doing that I think isnt normalGoogle Chrome is main browser. I have about 5-6 different Profiles on there. All profiles have extension

Sound problem

Hi,

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.
