Windows 10: Something is wrong with my Win10 after update

There is not any major or groundbreaking bug but after updating my win10 to 20h2 there are some bugs going on that I am not sure what to make out of it.

  Most notably what I've noticed is that:

  By pressin win key and searching something up and pressing enter, even though the program opens the start menu stands there like I never pressed enter. Again the software opens, but the start menu never closes.
  
  
• 
  When I open windows explorer there is a slight delay, its not big, but there is definitely something there.
  
  
• 
  Notepad is missing.
  

I am not sure what to do if there are reported bugs or whatever or if anyone knows what I can do to fix them. Thanks in advance!

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

Win10 updates

Which Windows updates in 8.1 where the gateway to installing Win10? I've ALWAYS had update as a "check but let me decide" basis however I woke up to this.



With a bunch more (even AMD 7900 drivers, like wtf)

I'm trying to avoid the Win10 shitfest but good lord what has Microsoft done.
