Windows 10: Something using up all my laptop memory on task manager

This has become quite an issue since now my laptop is frozen and i cant even turn it offApprently 98 or more % of my memory measured on task manager is being used, however its listing the program with most memory used as windows audio device graph isolation using the most. Its only using 42.3 mb even though ive got roughly 7.7 gb of ram. This has been an issue because my pc fan was loud for a few days on and offand I had an IT person look at it quickly online.I am not sure if its a virus that has bypassed the microtrend antivirus that id used

Suggestions for multi-tasking laptop

Good day. I need some help picking out a new laptop and was wondering if I could get some suggestions from the members here.

The laptop will be for personal and business use and needs to be able to run multiple applications simultaneously with ease. It also has to have a Windows OS. As far as budget, I'm undecided, but I'm prepared to spend over $1,500. If you could, maybe suggest a low end laptop around $1,500 and another slightly better machine around the $2,000-$2,200 mark.

To give you an idea of what the machine will be handling on a daily basis, listed below are the applications I currently have running and usually have running at all times.

--Google Chrome with 7 tabs open (blogs/forums)
--Photoshop CS4 with 3 files open, the largest being a 2550x3300 pixel, 35MB file
--Spotify
--Microsoft Word
--FilaZilla Cilent
--IrfanView

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

 

Task Manager - Memory Compression Process?

In my main system I have a process going that I don't understand. I have 2 computers sitting side by side and when I located this anomaly in my main system, I checked my 2nd system and it showed a different set of information.
I will post the screen snaps here below of each.

This first one is from my main computer I use continuously.
This image shows what seems to be nothing going on with the Memory Compression and I wonder why it is even in the task listings.







This second one is my Security Surveillance system running 24/7
It definitely shows a different set of memory numbers on this image of the Memory Compression. Much more then the above image.








Do I need this listing in my system. In the main system task it looks like it is doing nothing, yet in my security system computer, it has much more information given. What does this task do for the computer?
