Windows 10: Something went wrong and your pin isn't available click to set up pin

So 4-5 days ago i was installing a update of win 11 after the update when i tried to enter my pin to open my laptop i met with this error and till now I searched for many solutions but nothing is helping me in this. Whenever i try to open my laptop it shows me an error "something went wrong and your pin isn't available click to set up pin" and when i click on setup my pin it brings me back to the lock screen i tried to enter recovery mode but I can't enter .

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

To resolve this issue with your PIN, follow these step:

• Restart your computer first, then after that, open File Explorer and browse to this location:

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC

• Delete everything within that folder.
• Go to Settings-> Accounts->Sign-in Options.
  
• Click Add a PIN again and set your PIN.
  
• PIN sign in should work going forward.

Windows Hello PIN Something went wrong. we weren't able to set up your pin.

Surface book2; I got this message "Windows Hello PIN Something went wrong. we weren't able to set up your pin. You can try again, or skip this step and set up PIN later" since 2 years ago until now. I looked through all the suggested like NGC file, DISM command, gpedit.msc, and more. I really don't want to reinstall everything because it will cause more problem and time.

please fix this problem.
